Hanneke Grutterink

During her studies in Organizational Psychology Hanneke Grutterink became interested in team work and all the challenges, conflicts and creativity this entails. After finishing her two Masters in French and Psychology, she wrote a dissertation on organizational work teams. More specifically, her research focused on how people think others see them and how these thoughts influence their individual work motivation and their performance as a team.
In 2013, after eight years of working as a researcher and lecturer at the University of Groningen, Hanneke Grutterink started her own consultancy firm, where her scientific knowledge is a valuable addition to the field. As a consultant, she assists organizations in shaping cooperation among employees. Moreover, Hanneke also teaches at the department Change Management at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Groningen. In February 2015 the book ‘Skills for working in teams’ was published (‘Vaardigheden voor het samenwerken in teams’) that she co-authored with Jan Pieter van Oudenhoven.
